Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Policy

  • Payment must be received in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Failure to make the payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice:
    • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
    • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
  • No Refunds: Except for cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the session, the cancellation fee policy will apply.
